A Roblin man who pleaded guilty to Criminal Negligence Causing Bodily Harm and Public Mischief, has been sentenced.
In Yorkton Provincial Court this (Tue) morning, 31-year-old Craig Massey received a 4-month conditional sentence, to be followed by 8 months of probation.
In June of 2017, Massey rolled his vehicle on Highway 10 near Dunleath, left the scene, and reported it stolen.
A woman’s vehicle later collided with the debris, and ended up in the ditch.
She suffered whiplash, which still affects her to this day.
