Regina MP Ralph Goodale wants to see Conservative Party leader Andrew Scheer end his run of not attending Pride events.

Goodale shared a video on his Twitter account of Scheer speaking in 2005 in the House of Commons showing his lack of support regarding same-sex marriage.

But when asked why he voted against a bill on the recognition of same-sex spouses back in 1995 and again in 1999, Goodale said he has evolved since that time.
