Moosomin Man Convicted of Fraud and Forgery, Released on Bail

A Moosomin man found guilty of Fraud and Forgery, has been released on bail, pending the appeal of his conviction.
In July of last year, a judge sentenced 53-year-old Gregor Gmerek to four years behind bars.
His appeal is scheduled to be heard in December.
Gmerek was arrested in December of 2012, for defrauding his employer, Prairie Livestock, of over 1.2-million dollars.
