One of four people arrested in connection with the death of a Yorkton man last summer, has appeared in court again.

An 18-year-old man, who can’t be named, because he was underage at the time of the incident, was in Yorkton this (Wed) morning, where he was remanded in custody for September 23rd.

The three other people arrested for the same alleged incident, also have court appearances this month.

The remains of Colin Focht were found in a rural area outside Yorkton, on April 4th.
