SaskTel has announced plans to improve cellular services in rural Saskatchewan.

The provincial phone company will be building 12 new service towers, with 10 due to be in service by March 2020, with the other 2 next June.

This will bring the total number of small cell sites constructed under the Government of Saskatchewan’s Wireless Saskatchewan initiative to 103 in rural locations across the province.
