Drug Trafficking Results in Jail Time for Kamsack Woman

Guilty pleas have been entered by a Kamsack woman, arrested on drug trafficking charges.
In Yorkton Provincial Court today (Tue), 42-year-old Samantha Potts was sentenced to 18 months in jail, but due to the amount of time she’s already spent in custody, she only has 34 days left.
Last October, Mounties raided her home in Kamsack, and seized hydromorphone, marijuana, cannabis bud, and over 54-hundred dollars cash.
Court was told she was selling marijuana to youth, and her home was only 250 metres from an elementary school.
