The weekly Manitoba crop report has been released.

Crop Specialist Dane Froese says this year’s harvest is moving at a snail’s pace.

Froese says the drying of tough and wet grain is becoming common throughout Manitoba.

Overall, harvest progress in Manitoba is about 40 percent complete, below the three-year average of 56 percent.
