A new court date has been set for a Kelliher man, arrested in connection to unacceptable comments made on Facebook.
45-year-old Patrick Kuhns had his first appearance today (Mon), and will return to Melville on October 7th.
Last month, Melville RCMP received complaints of racist and threatening comments made by an individual on Facebook.
After investigating, it was determined the interactions constituted uttering threats to cause bodily harm, and impersonating a peace officer.
