A new court date has been set for a Piapot First Nation woman, charged followed a fatal vehicle/pedestrian collision last month.
43-year-old Leah Pratt will back in Regina on October 7th, charged with Dangerous Driving Causing Death and Criminal Negligence Causing Death.
Southey RCMP were called to the scene of the incident on August 24th, where a woman present confirmed she had struck the victim with her vehicle, on a driveway at a home on the reserve.
33-year-old Nolan Sugar was pronounced dead at a Regina hospital.
