The Manitoba MLA for Swan River being investigated for inappropriate behaviour will remain in the governing Progressive Conservative caucus. It’s alleged Rick Wowchuk breached the legislative assembly’s respectful workplace policy five times, including by showing his constituency assistant a picture of naked women on his cell phone, and making comments about her wearing a bikini. Wowchuk has apologized and said he has since participated in workplace sensitivity training.
