Not Guilty Pleas Entered by Yorkton Murder Suspect

One of four people arrested in connection with the death of a Yorkton man last summer, has appeared in court again.
A 17-year-old boy, who can’t be named due to his age, was in Yorkton this (Thu) morning, where he entered “not guilty” pleas, and was remanded in custody for a Preliminary Inquiry in January.
The Crown has served notice they will be seeking an adult sentence if he’s convicted.
The remains of 25-year-old Colin Focht were found in a rural area outside Yorkton on April 4th.
