Regina Resident Protest Climate Change At Legislature

Students walked out of class and onto the streets this morning to once again participate in the Global Climate Strike in Regina.

President of True Green Energy Miguel Catellier delivered a speech at the rally asking for support following the government’s decision to suspend net metering.

He says renewable energy companies such as his are now fighting for their jobs.

Premier Scott Moe and Minister of Environment Dustin Duncan did not attend today’s strike.
