Two inmates from the Saskatchewan Penitentiary have escaped custody.
It’s believed 20-year-old Jesse Favel and 19-year-old Noah Lemaigre-Elliot left the Riverbend Institution of the prison on foot between 8 p.m. and 9:45 p.m. yesterday (Fri).
It’s also believed they could be in Prince Albert or on their way to Yorkton, La Loche or Saskatoon where they have connections.
Favel is described as 5-foot 11 with black hair and brown eyes, average build, about 194 pounds and was wearing a green toque and black-rimmed glasses.
Favel is serving a 3 year prison sentence for his role in an armed robbery at the downtown 7/11 in Yorkton back in August, 2018.
Lemaigre-Elliot is 6-feet with black hair and brown eyes, slim build, about 170 pounds and was wearing track pants and a black coat.
The public is advised to not approach these two, but instead call the RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
