The Farming for Health Committee in Yorkton is harvested a canola crop on the southern end of Yorkton, with proceeds going tot he Health Foundation of East Central Saskatchewan. Farming for Health Committee chair Larry Hilworth says all of the implement dealers in Yorkton are pitched in with the harvest. The Farming for Health Committee has raised over a million dollars for the Health Foundation of East Central Saskatchewan.
