Calgary Man Sentenced After being Found Guilty of Possessing Marijuana for the Purpose of Trafficking

A Calgary man convicted of Possession of Marijuana for the Purpose of Trafficking in Yorkton Provincial Court in April, has been sentenced.
Today (Fri), 25-year-old Erik Clement was given three months in jail, to be followed by one year of probation.
Back in 2015, Mounties pulled over a vehicle on Highway 1 near Broadview, for a traffic violation.
A search turned up 9 pounds of marijuana, destined for Montreal.
