A Kelliher man accused of making inappropriate comments on social media, had another court appearance today (Mon).
In August, Melville RCMP received complaints of racist and threatening comments made by an individual on Facebook.
After investigating, it was determined the interactions constituted uttering threats to cause bodily harm, and impersonating a peace officer.
45-year-old Patrick Kuhns entered “not guilty” pleas, and will go to trial in Melville on January 20th.
