The 2020 Yorkton Film Festival is now accepting submissions. Executive Director Randy Goulden adds they’ve received funding from the Yorkton Mental Health Drop-In Centre, to create a new Mental Health Award. Over the last few years, the Film Festival has noticed an increased number of submissions on films that dealt with mental health issues, so the new category was a natural fit. The call for submissions is running from now until January 31st.
