A tragic accident near Beauval in Northern Saskatchewan has left 3 people dead. The Friday accident between an ambulance and truck happened on an icy road. RCMP continue to investigate, but say alcohol was likely not a factor. A paramedic in the ambulance died in hospital, while a youth and toddler in the truck were also killed.
