A new court date has been set for a 20-year-old man, arrested following a fatal single vehicle crash near Punnichy.
Creedance Cyr faces 9 charges, including Impaired Driving Causing Death, and he had his matters adjourned to November 26th in Punnichy.
RCMP were called to a report of a vehicle in a slough east of the town along Highway 15, in September of 2017.
An 18-year-old man was killed, while a 15-year-old boy was injured.
