The Saskatchewan government and the union representing 10-thousand of its employees have agreed to a new, 6-year deal.
The government and Saskatchewan Government and General Employees Union have been negotiating a new agreement since the last one ended in October 2016.
The deal runs retroactive to October 2016 to September 2022.
It includes no wage increases in the first two years, then a one per cent increase in the third year, and two per cent increases in the remaining three years of the deal.
