Suspects in Wynyard Robbery Case Each Made Court Appearances

Three people arrested in connection with a robbery in Wynyard, have each made another court appearance.
In Wynyard today (Thu), 43-year-old Darrel Kay was remanded in custody for December 19th in Wadena, 39-year-old Clinton Bird remains free on conditions to appear in Wynyard on January 23rd, and 32-year-old Glenna Worm was remanded in custody for the same day in Wynyard.
Wynyard RCMP were called to the Southshore Bar November 5th, and the investigation revealed that a woman tried to distract the employee, while a man tried to get into the cash registers.

The employee tried to stop the male suspect, but received minor injuries, before the thieves drove away.
Mounties found the suspect vehicle north of the Kawacatoose First Nation, and a search turned up alcohol, the stolen money, and other stolen property unrelated to the incident.
