Yorkton Man Facing Charges in Two Separate Incidents Appears in Court

A Yorkton man charged in connection with a fatal two-vehicle collision near Melville last Christmas Day, has had another court appearance.
26-year-old Bradley Kormos faces three counts of Dangerous Driving Causing Death, and one count of Dangerous Driving Causing Bodily Harm.
The case was heard in Melville Provincial Court today (Mon), and was adjourned until next Monday.
He also has unrelated charges of Assaulting a Police Officer, Resisting Arrest, and Breach of an Undertaking, laid in connection with an incident in Yorkton last month.

He returns to Yorkton Provincial Court on those matters, on December 23rd.
