Manitoba premier Brian Pallister delivered his State of the Province address yesterday. During his speech, Pallister says the province will be fiscally balanced in 2 years, and acknowledged his government needs to grow partnerships with First Nations and Indigenous people and organizations . He also says going digital and paperless has saved the province money, and trees.
