A Yorkton man charged in connection with a fatal two-vehicle collision near Duff last Chistmas Day, has had another court appearance.

26-year-old Bradley Kormos faces three counts of Dangerous Driving Causing Death, and one count of Dangerous Driving Causing Bodily Harm.

In Melville Provincial Court today (Mon), his matters were adjourned to March 16th for a Preliminary Inquiry.

He also has unrelated charges of Assaulting a Police Officer, Resisting Arrest, and Breach of an Undertaking, laid in connection with an incident in Yorkton last month.
