Dealing With Holiday Stress

For some, it’s a magical time of year with the sparkling lights and the spirit of goodwill, but not for everyone. Buglas advises to stick to your budget and learn to say no if you don’t have the time to do everything, and reach out if you feel lonely or isolated.
