It’s the final day the Salvation Army’s Christmas kettles will be out in Yorkton, and they’re still $15 thousand short their $107 thousand goal.

Lieutenant Samuel Tim says just because the Kettle campaign ends today, it doesn’t mean they’re not accepting donations.

He also says they are still totaling up donations from yesterday’s chili cook-off between the Yorkton Fire Department, RCMP and EMS.
