A 32 year old man wanted in connection with a home invasion at an apartment in Russell has turned himself in.

Christopher Benn from the Waywayseecappo First Nation surrendered to police yesterday, and has been charged with aggravated assault, break and enter and robbery, and was remanded.

40 year old Elroy Benn from the Bird Tail First Nation, and 30 year old Harley Mecas from Wayway were remanded on the same charges.

It was December 22nd, 3 men broke into a woman’s apartment and attacked her in her sleep.
