Trial Ordered for Yorkton Teen, Accused of Murder

A Preliminary Hearing has concluded for one of four people, charged in connection with the September, 2018 death of a Yorkton man.
The remains of 25-year-old Colin Focht were found in a rural area outside Yorkton last April.
A 17-year-old boy, who can’t be named due to his age, was in Yorkton Provincial Court this (Tue) morning, and was remanded in custody for February 28th.
The Crown has served notice they’ll be seeking an adult sentence if he’s convicted of Second Degree Murder.
