Saskatchewan Invests in Crop Research

Crop research in Saskatchewan is getting a big boost this year.
Saskatchewan Agriculture Minister David Marit has announced 11 million dollars will be provided for 47 crop-related research projects.
He says the projects include clubroot management, herbicide resistance, and improving crop yields.
Marit says various provincial farm organizations are providing an additional 8.7 million dollars for farm research projects this year.
