Delay in Sentencing for Man who Admitted to Role in Fatal Single Vehicle Crash near Punnichy

A new sentencing date has been set for a 21-year-old man, who admitted to his role in a fatal single vehicle crash near Punnichy.
Creedance Cyr pled guilty to one count of Driving While Over .08 Causing Death, and one count of Driving While Over .08 Causing Bodily Harm, in Punnichy Provincial Court in November.
His sentencing was adjourned until February 4th.
RCMP were called to a report of a vehicle in a slough east of the town along Highway 15, in September of 2017.
An 18-year-old man was killed, while a 15-year-old boy was injured.
