Chinese authorities have closed off the city of Wuhan, where the Coronavirus started, and has since spread halfway around the world. Planes and trains leaving the city of 11 million have been cancelled, along with buses, subways and ferries within it. Hours later, neighboring Huanggang, a city of about 7 million people, announced a similar lockdown. 17 people have died, and more than 600 have been infected.
