A Whitewood business owner facing drug-related charges, has had another court appearance.
The matters for 47-year-old Jerry Martin were heard in Yorkton Court of Queen’s Bench today (Fri), and were adjourned until March 27th.
In November of 2016, Mounties raided a home and a business in Whitewood, and they seized cash, marijuana, hash oil, cell phones, computers, and three vehicles.
Martin faces numerous charges relating to the operation of what police call an unlawful marijuana dispensary.
