Yorkton Man Charged for Fatal Collision Near Melville, Gets New Court Date for Unrelated Offences

A Yorkton man charged in connection with a fatal two-vehicle collision near Melville, has had unrelated offences heard in Yorkton Provincial Court.
26-year-old Bradley Kormos is charged with Assaulting a Police Officer, Resisting Arrest, and Breach of an Undertaking, in connection with an incident in Yorkton on November 24th.
He will return to Yorkton Court February 10th.
Kormos also faces three counts of Dangerous Driving Causing Death, and one count of Dangerous Driving Causing Bodily Harm, from a two-vehicle collision on Highway 10 near Duff on December 25th, 2018.
Those charges will be heard in Melville on March 16th.
