A Rocanville man failed to appear in Regina Provincial Court yesterday (TUES), on 11 charges stemming from a child pornography investigation.
A bench warrant was issued for the 35-year-old, who can’t be named due to a publication ban, and his matters were adjourned to February 26th.
On June 26th, the Saskatchewan and Alberta Internet Child Exploitation Units acted on a tip, alleging that two men were accessing and sharing child porn.
Searches were conducted in Rocanville and Red Deer, resulting in the rescue of two children, the seizure of electronics, and two arrests.
