Regina police have closed off part of a road that runs past the Co-Op refinery, where locked-out Unifor workers have set up blockades.

Police have not said why the road is closed, but added an update will be provided when the road has been re-opened.
Unifor is claiming police closed the road late last (Thu) night to begin taking down all blockades.

While the road is closed to traffic, semi units have been seen passing through police barricades.
