Two of three people arrested following a violent home invasion in Russell, have appeared in court again.

32-year-old Christopher Benn and 30-year-old Harley Mecas were in Brandon yesterday (Thu),

Benn was remanded in custody to March 18th in Rossburn, while Mecas was remanded to February 26th in Russell.

In the early morning hours of December 22nd, Russell RCMP were called to a report of a home invasion at an apartment complex in Russell, where a 32-year-old woman had been assaulted while she slept.
