Canora Man to Make First Court Appearance on Charges Stemming from Alleged Break and Enter, Assault in Community

A Canora man has been charged with 5 offences in connection to a break and enter and assault in the community.
52-year-old Jason Ludba has been remanded in custody for his first court appearance in Yorkton tomorrow morning (Tues).
On Sunday night at 6:52 p.m. Canora RCMP responded to a complaint of a break and enter at a home where a man allegedly forced his way in and assaulted a woman.
The woman was able to get away to a neighbouring place where she called 911, and the suspect, who is known to the victim, was later arrested.
