A new court date has been set for a Canora man, arrested in connection with a break and enter in that town this weekend.
Early Sunday night, Canora RCMP were called to a home, on a report of a female being assaulted.
The victim was able to fight off the suspect, and ran to a neighboring residence to call 9-1-1.
52-year-old Jason Ludba made his first court appearance in Yorkton this (Tue) morning, where he was remanded in custody for tomorrow (Wed).
