Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe says an Alberta Court of Appeal ruling that the federal carbon tax is unconstitutional has boosted his confidence the Supreme Court will rule in the province next month. Moe says the Alberta court found that the imposition of the federal carbon tax represents a wholesale take over of a collection of clear provincial jurisdictions and rights. Saskatchewan and Ontario will have their cases heard on March 24th and 25th.
