Distracted Driving on the Decline in Saskatchewan

SGI’s traffic safety focus for January was impaired driving, with 284 people getting caught.
But the big  story again was distracted driving, where SGI’s Tyler McMurchy says the number of people getting caught continues trending downward.
Penalties for distracted driving increased significantly February 1st.
As well, more than 55 hundred tickets were handed out for speeding and aggressive driving, and 428 for seat belt infractions.
