Woman Arrested for Regina Weapons Offences Has Charges Stayed

A Regina woman, charged in connection with weapons offences in the Queen City last year, is off the hook.
In Regina Provincial Court last Friday (Feb. 28), the four charges against Francine O’Watch were stayed by the Crown.
Her co-accused, 26-year-old Collin Pratt, of the Punnichy district, will be back in court on March 17th.
On November 13th, Regina Police executed a search warrant at a home on Ritchie Crescent, seizing a loaded, sawed-off 20-gauge shotgun, a sawed-off 12-gauge shotgun, shotgun and rifle ammunition, and a substance believed to be meth.
Police also found brass knuckles on a female suspect while making the arrests.
