Saskatchewan Education Minister Worried About Job Action by Teachers

As of Thursday, Saskatchewan teachers will no longer be taking part in voluntary and extra-curricular services, as they take job action to protest a lack of progress in contract talks.

It’s news that doesn’t make Education Minister Gordon Wyant happy.

He’s concerned about whether or not this escalates into a full-scale walkout, saying that wouldn’t be good for teachers, children, or parents.
