COVID-19 Has Now Been Called A Pandemic

The World Health Organization has confirmed the COVID-19 virus outbreak as a pandemic. Since it was first discovered in China, the disease has spread to every continent except Antarctica. There have been well over 120 thousand confirmed cases worldwide, with more than 42 hundred deaths. Canada had at least 94 cases of the respiratory illness as of yesterday: 39 in British Columbia, 37 in Ontario, 14 in Alberta and four in Quebec. Saskatchewan has had no lab confirmed cases as yet.
