It was 13 years ago today the wife of Dauphin’s Mayor at the time, was found murdered in their home. On March 13th, 2007, 54-year-old Diane Paul was shot dead as she slept. Her husband, Alex Paul, found her body, and was briefly held as a suspect, but was unconditionally released. RCMP say the investigation will continue until charges are laid.
