A fifth drunk driving conviction has landed a Springside man in jail.
Last May, 55-year-old Jeffrey Maahs hit a light post at Smith Street and Gladstone Avenue in Yorkton.
He suffered some injuries, but his blood alcohol content was four times the legal limit.
In Yorkton Provincial Court this (Mon) morning, Maahs was sentenced to six months behind bars, and a three year driving ban.
