A “scaled-back” Saskatchewan budget will be announced this afternoon by Finance Minister Donna Harpauer. The government will release their budget estimates and spending plan, but will save the revenue forecasts for another date. Premier Scott Moe says with the uncertainty across the world right now, revenues are too hard to predict meaning a deficit budget could be in the cards.
