Manitoba Government Announces Two Additional Measures For Residents During The COVID-19 Pandemic

Two additional measures have been announced by the Manitoba government to assist Manitobans during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Premier Brian Pallister announced that all rent increases coming into effect April 1st or later will be frozen, and all non-urgent eviction hearings will be postponed until the end of May.

Pallister notes that Manitobans should not have to worry about having a roof over their heads during the outbreak.
