A new court date has been set for a Whitewood business owner, arrested on drug-related charges.
In November of 2016, Mounties raided a home and a business in Whitewood, and they seized cash, marijuana, hash oil, cell phones, computers, and three vehicles.
47-year-old Jerry Martin faces numerous charges relating to the operation of what police call an unlawful marijuana dispensary.
Martin’s matters were heard in Yorkton Court of Queen’s Bench today (Fri), and were adjourned to June 12th.
