Two of three people arrested in connection with a robbery in Wynyard, have appeared in court again.
43-year-old Darrel Kay and 39-year-old Clinton Bird were in Wynyard yesterday (Thu), where they had their matters adjourned until April 23rd.
Wynyard RCMP were called to the Southshore Bar November 5th, and the investigation revealed that a woman tried to distract the employee, while a man tried to get into the cash registers.
The employee tried to stop the male suspect, but received minor injuries, before the thieves drove away.
Mounties found the suspect vehicle north of the Kawacatoose First Nation, and a search turned up alcohol, the stolen money, and other stolen property unrelated to the incident.
