April is coming in like a lion. Snowfall warnings are in  place for most of the Parkland, including Yorkton, Melville, Esterhazy, Dauphin, Swan  River and Russell. A system tracking north from the Dakotas will bring anywhere from 10 to 20 cm along the Saskatchewan-Manitoba boundary. Gusty northwest winds will also cause blowing and drifting. The heaviest snowfall is predicted for this afternoon, with accumulations of 2 to 3 cm an hour possible.
